Commercial projects
Most of the work is commercial: new construction sites and ongoing asphalt care for properties that already have pavement.
New construction
Shopping centers, restaurant sites, and other commercial properties. Completed new-construction work includes Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane’s sites, along with other projects of that type.
Existing properties
Maintenance projects for HOAs, school districts, and similar owners sit alongside the new-construction work. Use the job estimate form and say whether the job is new pavement, grading, or maintenance.
