Grading prepares the ground before asphalt goes down. On new commercial projects, that work sets the site so paving can follow.

DRT grades sites for new construction, including shopping centers and restaurant pads. The same crews have worked new Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane’s sites among other commercial properties.
