This policy describes DRT Grading & Paving and the website at https://drtgrading-paving.com. DRT Grading & Paving is a grading and paving business registered in California. This notice covers this website only. The business does not sell personal information and does not operate a lead marketplace.
Information you send us
When you request a job estimate or contact us, we collect the details you type: name, email, phone, job description, budget range, and start timeframe. We use that information to respond about your project. The message is emailed to the business. We do not ask you to create an account.
Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as a government ID number or payment card) through the form. Job estimates requested on this site are not a contract for work.
Cookies and similar tools
The site stores your cookie choice in your browser so the banner does not ask again. Optional analytics tags, if they are configured, load only after you allow analytics. Rejecting optional cookies leaves those tags unloaded. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Service providers
Email delivery may run through an email provider so the job estimate reaches the business. If analytics IDs are added later, those tags run only after consent. Hosting and the form's bot check, when enabled, process the technical data needed to run the page and block automated submissions.
How long we keep job estimate requests
Job estimate emails are kept long enough to respond and to keep a record of the inquiry. You can ask us to delete a request by emailing russ@drtgrading-paving.com.

- Commercial information, such as your job description, budget range, and start timeframe, so we can understand the work you are asking about.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect sensitive personal information, such as a government ID or payment card, through this site. We do not use personal information to train artificial intelligence models.
You may ask us to:
- Tell you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have about you.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions the law allows.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is no separate sale to turn off. Rejecting optional cookies keeps analytics tags off.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, email russ@drtgrading-paving.com with the subject "California privacy request" and enough detail for us to find your job estimate or message. We will verify that the request comes from you, or from someone you have authorized, before we act on it. An authorized agent may submit a request if you give them signed permission and we can verify your identity. We will respond within the time California law requires.
A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a request to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information tied to that browser.
