My background comes from hands-on projects like new Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's sites, shopping centers, and restaurant pads, plus asphalt maintenance for HOAs and school districts around the East Bay. Here I write about site grading before asphalt goes down, new pavement for commercial lots and drives, and upkeep for existing asphalt that is cracking or wearing out. I keep things plain because property developers and owners just want to know what happens, what to send for a quote, and when to schedule work.
