My work at DRT Grading & Paving keeps me close to two things: preparing sites for new commercial construction and caring for asphalt that is already in the ground. I write here about grading and paving for shopping centers and restaurant sites, including Chick-fil-A and Raising Cane's locations, and about maintenance for HOAs, school districts, and similar properties across the East Bay. Since our projects run from the first pass of the grader to ongoing upkeep on existing parking lots and drives, I stick to what the work actually involves.
